When we started Moki’s back in 2002, we wanted to bring a little Hawaiian spirit to the desert. Mama Tuk spent countless hours in the kitchen, creating each recipe from scratch, and perfecting all the flavors, until they were just right. Fifteen years later, we’re still serving up the same tried-and-true, original recipes.
